EU rules generally link reimbursement to 14 days after the trader is informed of withdrawal, while for goods the trader may under conditions wait for the goods or evidence of sending them back.
Standard delivery costs are also relevant; extra costs for a more expensive delivery option do not always have to be reimbursed.
