An external scan cannot see a physical QR or prove internal manufacturer data. Merqivio therefore says “not publicly demonstrated”, not automatically “non-compliant”.

The DPP scan accounts for official Commission battery-passport guidance and the category-dependent 71-data-point matrix. The core date remains 18 February 2027 for applicable battery-passport and QR obligations. Non-public passport data is treated as a verification point rather than an automatic breach.
