Business terms for Merqivio.
Merqivio supplies business customers only, acting in the course of a profession or business.
B2B only
Merqivio scans, reports, plugins, monitoring and other paid services are offered exclusively for business use. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the agreement is entered into in the course of a profession or business.
Scans and reports
Merqivio provides automated technical analyses and practical remediation guidance. A paid report relates to the relevant scan and is made available digitally after successful payment. Results are informational and are not individual legal, tax or other professional advice.
Plugin licences
Unless the offer states otherwise, a plugin subscription includes a licence for one domain and available updates during the paid subscription period. After the first successful payment, the plugin and licence key are delivered digitally.
Subscriptions and renewal
The selected monthly or annual billing period and price are shown before payment in the offer and checkout. The subscription automatically renews for the same selected period until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the licence remains active until the end of the already paid period. Paid and commenced subscription periods are not automatically refunded unless mandatory law or an express agreement provides otherwise.
Payment and delivery
Digital products and services are delivered or activated after successful payment. If a subscription payment fails, Merqivio may apply a payment grace period; after that period the licence may be disabled until payment is restored.
No guarantee of external approval
Merqivio is not affiliated with Google or other external platforms and does not guarantee approval, ranking, revenue, error-free website operation or legal compliance. External decisions and changes remain outside Merqivio’s control.
Customer responsibility
The customer remains responsible for its own webshop, configuration, legal obligations, backups, data and for evaluating and implementing recommendations. Where appropriate, test changes in a safe environment first.
VAT, VAT ID and invoicing
The customer must provide accurate business and VAT details. EU VAT IDs may be validated through VIES. All business prices stated by Merqivio exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added to the net price. Where reverse charge applies, the net price remains unchanged, no Dutch VAT is added and the invoice states that VAT is reverse charged. Invoices are supplied electronically. Changes to business or VAT details must be reported to Merqivio in time.
