Merqivio PDF Invoices automatically creates real PDF invoices and credit notes from WooCommerce. Files are generated locally on your own WordPress installation and stored securely: no external PDF cloud or extra account; the Merqivio licence is offered as a low-cost subscription.

How it works

1. Install the plugin and activate your Merqivio license.
2. Enter company details, logo and invoice numbering.
3. Select the admin and document language or let invoices follow the order language.
4. Choose which WooCommerce emails should include the PDF.
5. New paid orders automatically receive a persistent PDF invoice.
6. A refund can automatically create and send a separate credit note.

Subscription: €4.95 per month or €49.50 per year (2 months included, excl. VAT) for one main domain. After payment you receive the plugin download and personal activation key by email.
