Make online withdrawal clear, provable and manageable
EU Withdrawal Manager adds a white-label online withdrawal function to WooCommerce. The customer enters a name, order or contract number and confirmation email address, reviews the statement and confirms it in a separate second step. After submission, an acknowledgement containing the statement, date, time and a unique reference is sent immediately by email.

Why it matters: Member States must apply measures transposing Directive (EU) 2023/2673 from 19 June 2026. Article 11a describes an easily accessible withdrawal function, online statement, separate confirmation function and acknowledgement on a durable medium for distance contracts concluded through an online interface.
